It’s that time of year again. Holidays are quickly approaching. On behalf of the entire TWMVC choir, I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas, Happy Yule and Yalda, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Bodhi Day, Happy Pancha Ganapati and Happy New Year (I think that covers mostly everyone). The choir had a busy year with many events and concerts but I think for most of us, the holiday season and most especially our Holiday Concert is the “Most Wonderful Time Of The Year”.

How’s that for an introduction to…….

OPEN REHEARSAL NIGHT WED. JAN. 21 (2015)

Want to find something new to do in the New Year? The next choir open rehearsal night is Wed. Jan. 21 at 7:30pm. This is the perfect opportunity to see what a typical rehearsal is all about. It’s a frolicking night of manly frivolity! Well… we sing a lot and hit the Legion afterwards for a beer. Rehearsals take place every Wednesday night at the Dewi Sant Welsh United Church, 33 Melrose Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5N 1Y6 (Located 7 blocks north and west from Yonge and Lawrence Avenue – entrance at the back of the church). Please note we break during the December holidays for 3 weeks and also during the Summer months. We are not slave drivers!

JOINT CONCERT PLANNED FOR ST. DAVID’S DAY 2015

The Toronto Welsh Male Voice Choir and the Burlington Welsh Male Voice Chorus will be teaming up for a joint concert to commemorate St. David’s Day on March 1, 2015. 20 YEARS OF SONG – CELEBRATING OUR ANNIVERSARY IN 2015/2016

The choir will be hosting a number of events and celebrations that will involve its friends, families and fans. Stay tuned!
